2. Acknowledgments
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via fax or email. Any changes made on the business signs after the order acknowledgment may incur additional costs and production delays

After completing the online wholesale application form online, please email us a copy of your business license to sales@affordableled.com, so we may complete the setup of your wholesale account.

If you are a California business, please make sure to also email us your reseller license to avoid state tax on your order.

>> Drop Shipment
Drop Shipping is a great option for small or large businesses to save on time, overhead and space in your warehouse. Affordable LED Inc. will drop ship your products directly to your customers with a small service fee of $3 per order. Supply us with your customer's shipping address when you place the order and we will take care of delivering it to your customers for free. 100% confidentiality that your customer's information will not be solicited by Affordable Led Inc. or any of our affiliates.

>> Warranty
One Year Limited Warranty on all LED Signs. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or service by anyone other than Affordable LED Inc.

>> First Time Buyer
A first-time buyer must purchase a minimum of 5 items. We will need your reseller's permit to make sure you're a legitimate company. We use UPS or Fed Ex as our carrier, however, if you like to use your shipping carrier, please provide us with your account information. Once we receive your information, we can move forward and we will provide you with an inventory price list.

>> Limits and Exclusions
There are no express warranties except as listed above. Affordable LED Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Affordable LED Inc. liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. Affordable LED Inc. will execute fair judgment in determining the cause of the defect in all defect claims; judgment result made by Affordable LED Inc. will be final.

>> Return Policy
Return, exchange or refund will be allowed only within 3 business days from the date of delivery. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges of an unused product. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. It is the buyer responsibility to verify the correctness of the product before purchase. All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, determined by Affordable LED Inc. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
