Q: Whenever I send my message, I get an error "Command failed:Timeout".

A: Press the "Sear" button. The icon that looks like a magnifying glass. Always press the "Sear" button whenever you unplug wire or open Power LED.

Q: When I press the the "Sear" button, I get a "No Panel be detected". How do I fix this?

A: Try installing the USB converter driver that is provided on the USB Flash Drive (*or inside the Backup CD) under the folder named "USB Converter Drivers". If this doesn't resolve the issue, check the device manager. See the sample chart below:

If you see , check this pdf instruction.

Q: I am getting a Zone overlapping when ever I send my program. What does this mean?

A: This appears when you have more than one type of messages in the program which is overlapping one another. (See below) You are trying to instruct the sign to display two separate messages at once but they are currently touching one another. Example:

As you can see, Text2 is overlapping (touching) Text1. To solve this issue, you can either point your mouse pad on the preview screen and right click on the edge of the text box to adjust the size screen. Or you can adjust it on the Text Options shown below:

You might also need to re-adjust the text size to fit on the screen.
