Warranty One Year Limited Warranty on all LED Signs. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or service by anyone other than Affordable LED Inc. Limits and Exclusions There are no express warranties except as listed above. Affordable LED Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Affordable LED Inc. liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. Affordable LED Inc. will execute fair judgment on determining the cause of defect in all defect claims; judgment result made by Affordable LED Inc. will be final. Return Policy Return, exchange or refund will be allowed only within 3 business days from the date of delivery. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges of an unused product. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. It is the buyer responsibility to verify the correctness of the product before purchase. All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, determined by Affordable LED Inc.
