1) Payment Methods and Terms
All orders of business signs and LED products must be paid in full.
AffordableLED.com only accepts credit card payments and all major credits
cards (Master, Visa, and American Express) are accepted by
AffordableLED.com.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. Your current
billing address and phone number must be provided at the time of order. To
protect our customers from credit card fraud, all orders of business signs
and/or LED products will be delivered to the credit card’s billing address
only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company
as an alternative shipping address.
2) Rush Orders
Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact our
office at 626-810-9538 to obtain the shipping rate.
3) Acknowledgements
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via fax or email. Any changes
made on the business signs after the order acknowledgement may incur
additional costs and production delays.
4) Copyright Laws
Customers assume full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation
arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any
requested design or copy. 5) Drop Ship
AffordableLED will drop-ship products for addition fee of $5.00 per
order for S/H.
RETURN POLICY
- Returned Business Signs & LED products
All returned products must be received by AffordableLED.com within 30
days of original order and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling cost of all
returned products. Customers who desire to return a product purchased at
AffordableLED.com must first obtain authorization. Customers with
unauthorized return will not receive credits or refund. Custom business
signs cannot be returned at all time.
- Damage Claims
Customers must report all claims for breakage or damage immediately,
whether the damage is concealed or obvious. All business signs and LED
products. Claims of damage must be reported within 30 days of original
order. You may be entitled to a reshipment, though not entitled to a
refund, unless authorized by AffordableLED.com.
- Cancellation Of Your Business Sign
A $50 cancellation charge is applicable after the artwork had been
prepared for your custom business sign order.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping Method
All orders of business signs will be shipped via UPS and FedEX, via
ground, 3-day and next day delivery. Depending on the urgency of your
order, please select the appropriate delivery method that most fit your
needs. Please allow ample time for delivery as AffordableLED.com cannot
guarantee carrier delivery time and are not responsible for carrier
delivery delays. Customers who require next day delivery must place the
order before 12pm.
- Packaging
All business signs are packed with our standard packaging. All special
packaging requests must be sent to AffordableLED.com in writing, through
fax or email.
- Production and Shipping Time
Stock business signs will be shipped within 24 hours or order. The
general production lead-time for custom business signs is 30 days after
the approval of final artwork. Please note that the production time does
not include the time needed for S&H.

WE TAKE SPAM EMAILS, FRAUD, AND PRIVACY ISSUES VERY SERIOUSLY, therefore, we are
highly protective of our customer’s personal information and do not share our
customer’s personal information with anyone. Our web site uses customer contact
information from the registration form to send our customer information about
their order, saving coupons and promotional material from our company only.
Users may opt-out of our email list or mailings at any time by sending us an
email to request to be removed from our email list.
